160 Steps is a custom built, luxury 2 bedroom abode… only a few metres from beautiful Yallingup Beach. Walk just 160 steps to white sand and crystal clear waters… you may even see our local pod of dolphins.

160 Steps is at the doorstep of epic surf breaks for the adventurous as well as the shallow calm waters of Yallingup lagoon for a more leisurely experience. Yallingup is in the heart of the Margaret river wine region… only a short drive from world class wineries and restaurants.

Loved Yallingup

This was the perfect house for our adult family group. Thanks for the use of the games, we had a laugh with the parents v kids game. The owners tips on where to hire a surfboard were spot on. Such an easy walk to the surf and dog beach. I loved the outside hose for the dog and hot outdoor shower for our surfer. Easy uphill walk to Caves house for dinner.

Our stay was so comfortable, from the beds, sofa, lots of extra blankets if needed, great coffee machine, tranquil garden. Everything was clean, walk to the beach was short. Just felt relaxed straight away. Definitely stay again.

A great little place to stay

This is a beautiful little place in Yallingup and genuinely a stones throw from the beach. It has everything you need for a great stay and hosts were friendly and efficient - even when we managed to leave our charger in the property. Neighbours perhaps a little noisy (it was Australia Day and there was a party next door) but not too bad. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Yallingup getaway

Fabulous property and is great to be able to take our dog and have the beach only 160 steps away. The king size bed was soooo comfortable!, I’m just about to rebook another getaway and staying here again :)

Soul cup full!

We loved our stay here! Perfect location and environment for our family to recharge, complete with our beloved pooch. Winter walks on the beach several times a day certainly refilled our soul cups. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Yallingup Stay

This place has everything you could ask for in a beach stay. All the extras are there including locally made granola, chocolate and a bottle of your requested beverage. The property was exceptionally clean and the hammocks provided the perfect afternoon siesta spot after the beach. Kristian was extremely helpful and we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Dont miss out on this one!

Better than the pictures and so close to beach you can hear the waves crashing - absolutely loved the beach chic styling and it has everything you can think of - except the cheese knife so byo that and just your bags.

Weekend Escape with family and dogs

Spur of the moment decision to visit Dunsborough/Yallingup area saw 160 Steps ad pet friendly accommodation close to beach. Was a lovely well appointed apartment easy access and walking distance to beach. Very comfortable and homely stay. Will definitely be revisiting, dogs loved it too

Relaxing Bliss

A simply stunning property in a fantastic location. Stylishly furnished but comfortable at the same time. We just loved listening to the waves as we relaxed in the hammocks. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We will be back again for sure .

A beautiful house and location

We had such a wonderful family holiday in Yallingup at 160 Steps. The house is bright, fresh and beautifully set up with every minor detail thought through. We could walk across the road to Yallingup Beach and take a longer walk to Caves House. The kids enjoyed kicking back outside reading their books in the hammocks. We will be back for sure.

Stylish beach house

160 Steps is a very stylish, well-equiped beach getaway. Being so close to the beach and able to walk down for a swim is fantastic - no need to do laps trying to find a car park in summer! The beds and furniture are very comfortable and we enjoyed lazing in the hammocks in the back garden. The hosts were very thoughtful and brought us a hamper to apologise for the noise and inconvenience of some construction work on their house next door during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

This is a beautiful property that takes full advantage of its location. The outdoor area is bathed in the northern sun and the sound of waves crashing on Yallingup beach float through the large windows. Very welcoming hosts and we look forward to our next visit.
