"The cottage was very clean! The decor is beautiful and the furniture was brand new. The kitchen was small but very well stocked and met our needs. Nice large refrigerator! The highlight of the weekend for the grandkids was the pond. They caught so many fish and loved the paddle boat. We loved the lake view and sunsets. The fire pit was stocked with wood and had plenty of chairs around it. The property owners were so nice and responded right away when we had a question. "

"Stocked very well! Everything was spotless! Having an ice cream stand 20 yards from the door is a nice plus! Beautiful views! Comfortable furniture (and beds). Cannot recommend high enough. One of the nicest places I have rented! The only downside is stairs (I had no issues….but if you have mobility issues be aware of lots of stairs). Owner was prompt responding and very easy to communicate with!"

"Renting this property is all about expectations. We didn’t expect perfection from an older lakeside cabin, so we were thrilled with the outdoor space, the views, and the amenities like the private yard, fire pit, rope swing, and the amount of space it gave our family and two dogs. The house is above a garage so you need to walk up steps to get to the entrance. Inside is a K-cup machine and simple kitchen essentials. "An upscale place to retreat after the crowds at the Falls. A short drive from Buffalo with a Trader Joe’s on the way to stock up for our meals. Really quiet area and the beds/linens were high quality. The laundry machines are just another feature most places don’t offer. Love the Tim Horton’s coffee and it is now my favorite."

My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant.
