"The property is amazing! So much space. We had 17 people and everything was perfect for us. From dining together, to fishing, to swimming, to outside game playing. And let’s not forget about the beautiful 3/4 mile walking trail around the property. Just an all around perfect place to have a family reunion. Private and peaceful property. "

"We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! "

"We had a relaxing time. Beautiful views of Union Lake from inside the home and deck. The house has everything you need for a good time. We rented a pontoon from Chris which allowed us to get on the water to swim instead of right off the dock. We enjoyed playing pool and kayaking. No major issues during the stay. "

"Wonderful cabin with modern comforts. Views of the lake were stunning. Hiking trails provided a much needed escape into the woods.Debbie was amazing! Clear communication, very friendly and accomodating.Our Daily Bread is now on our list of places to return to in the future!"

"Since we have kids in 3 states it’s challenging to get gifts home after our Christmas so about 5 years ago we decided to just pay for our family vacation and that would be everyone’s Christmas. Making memories and not having things that break or your outgrow. We had a lovely time at Lake James and hope to come back in 2 years "

"Emma’s Place was an excellent choice for 3 friends, heading to a show the Bluegate PAC in Shipshewana, just a 15 minute drive. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped! Highly recommend!"

"Check-in was simple (simple code for unlocking the front door). Kitchen well stocked. By far the best part of the home is the screened-in porch. We stayed out there most of the time due to the perfect weather. Just a 10-min drive to Pokagon State Park as well."

"We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! "

"My family booked a last minute trip to Wall Lake and were delighted with the amazing property we stumbled into. The house is recently renovated with modern decor throughout. The patio overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying a dinner near the water or watching the sunrise with a coffee in the morning. "Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible! Had one very small issue with the stove and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this house for large families. Thank you Kim!!!"
