"We had a wonderful 8-day stay in this home. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We spent hours on the front porch swing as well as the back deck. The house was spotlessly clean and well organized. Our dog enjoyed running in the large fenced yard. Wifi and cable television had excellent reception. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to our comfort and needs. We would love to stay again and will definitely recommend to others who will be visiting...

"I could not have enjoyed this house more! It was very rural which is a definite plus for me. The beds were amazing! We had a carton of fresh eggs on the table. Anything and everything you would need in the kitchen. Although this place was in a rural area it was very easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go. Definitely recommend a lengthy stay here as you won’t want to leave! Thank you so much for letting us experience your home!"

"Wonderful little house in Franklin Tennessee. Everything was new and there was lots of attention to detail. The deck and the fire pit in the backyard were enjoyed with a s’mores kit ready for us. Sheets and towels were excellent quality. Highly recommend it."

"What a beautiful and delightful stay! The Captains Quarters was a charming studio location. The grounds are beautiful! We walked in and were immediately taken by the accommodations. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say! Our only regret was that we didn’t have an opportunity for coffee on the front porch! We will definitely be back!"
