Ground floor and is totally private and separate with its own private entrance. Free parking. No shared areas. One bedroom with a queen size bed, a lounge area with a large TV, a sofa, another sofa which can be converted into a comfortable queen size bed which we make up when needed. The bathroom has a shower and bath and there is a separate toilet. Hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. All linen provided. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay: kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, little oven/grill, induction stove plate, electric frying pan, all crockery/cutlery.The rooms have wardrobes with hangers, chest of drawers and a fan. Infant cot available on request. FREE Wi-Fi..Only a few minutes walk to the beach, lovely lakes with wild birds, outdoor exercise area and kiddies play park. Pet friendly at an extra charge of $20 p/day to be paid in cash on arrival.No meals served by the host.No parties will be allowed on the property. NO SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT.

Really enjoyed our recent stay to Telperio. Hadn't been to Dalyellup before I enjoyed the experience! Location was walking distance to the beach, family friendly and accessible to the greater bunbury region. Accomodation was fit for purpose and Douglas was an amazing jost!

We'll be back

A clean, tidy comfortable place to stay with very friendly host. The dogs loved being able to run around the lovely back yard and stretch out on the cool grass.

Perfectly relaxing

Finding the right accommodation for our employees when they are working outside the metro area is something we take seriously. Telperio was absolutely perfect for them. After a hot day working, Telperio was quiet, clean and comfortable. Douglas went out of is way to make sure they had what they needed and the boys were really grateful for that. Would definitely choose Telperio again when we are in the area.

Friendly stay close to Dalyellup Beach

Tidy, clean and homely B&B, Telperio was the perfect weekend getaway for myself, my partner and our 3 year old dog. Conveniently located close to Dalyellup beach and parks, this accommodation would suit a couple, small family or group, with a pet looking for a quiet stay near the beach. The owners were more than accommodating, going above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable, and also gave us many recommendations for the local area. I recommend Telperio for a peaceful stay in Dalyellup and look forward to visiting again soon.

Telperio Review

My family stayed at the Telperio accomodation from the 4th to the 10th of Sept. It was a wonderful experience. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Our host (Douglas) was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you Douglas. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone and look forward to staying there again.
