"Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. "

"virkelig venligt og hjælpsom personale , deres spa varmt vands bassin var virkelig lækkert , værelser fint , eneste som trækker dette ophold ned er der var meget lyt så uanset hvor der blev trukket ud i toilettet i bygningen så larmet det helt vildt på værelset så umulig at sove længe. "Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. "

"Booked this hotel on expedia and we booked 2 quads room. Check in was easy on the kiosk but as we wanted the rooms to be close to each other, we have to queue up at the check in counter to get that settled, then we have to do another step to queue and the kiosk to check in and get the keys, the kiosks are super slow but convenient. "We used the Swiss garden for Genting, the location is great for getting to and from KL to Genting. The only fault we have with Swiss Gardens is the lifts , someday you can wait 10-15 mins for one to have space enough for 2 people . Get the lifts sorted ! Rating will improve!! "
