"This property is 10 out of 10. Beautiful hotel, spacious and super clean rooms. Personnel is friendly, respectful, professional and welcoming. Restaurants are really good, wished they had more variation but you will definitely eat something they offer, not sure for a kids friendly menu as I did not travel with children. I high recommend and will surely be returning to Lebua."

"Pros…budget friendly compared to other good hotels, closer to shopping and dinning , Cons….room temperature doesn’t go below 23C, hall room warm, no food service. This is family friendly hotel. A bit away from party spots."

"staff was very helpful and personable. room was very very small. we only stayed overnight so it worked out fine but definitely would not stay here for a longer stay in Hanoi. It is located right it he middle of the Old Quarter so it is very walkable and convenient to everything."

"The room was icey cold too extreme for me apart from that the stay was very pleasant until i went to the restaurant at 7.30pm it was unatteneed so ii tought it was close so i went else where the front desk apologise for it seeming being closed .. but very nice stay thank you "
