We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again."

"Hemos estado bien, es un hotel a 20 minutos en metro de Londres con una estación de metro a 10 minutos andando. No hablan español pero nos entendimos bien. En la habitación te dejan unos sobres de café y te por si quieres usarlos. El hotel en si no está mal solo para dormir y ducharte además es un precio muy asequible para hospedarse cerca de Londres. Nos imprimieron las hojas de embarque."

Roydon could be straight out of Thomas the Tank Engine, the railway is right there (but not too noisy), you can walk to the little station, a canal on your doorstep, two very decent pubs, a coffee bar for sandwich or coffee in the marina. "Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. "
