Offered us a welcome drink which was lovely and we could use our rooms to drop our items as they had already been cleaned which was very helpful as we were in the area for a wedding. "On arrival I was told that as I’d requested a quiet room I’d been given a free upgrade from a single to a double - but I had actually booked and paid for a double. The room was clean but one curtain was part hanging off the rail which was a little annoying. When I returned to my room the second night - housekeeping had changed the bath mat and replaced one of the mugs but the other was still sat with milk and a spoon in it."

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience.."
