"Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes."

"They have a night club on Fri and sat until 3am. Even though we changed rooms on Saturday, it was still so bad and could blow sleep. Unbelievable that such a luxury hotel world have this issue. We were in the 3rd floor too

"The staff here are top class they’ll make you feel like royalty with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. The room was beautiful I was impressed with the details - everything from the kettle to the phone and the pillows matched the decor and theme. The room was clean and the temperature control was spot on. They breakfast is delicious and the dining room is stunning. It’s great place to tap into your imagination, you can easily get lost in the romantic atmosphere. "

"Staff were friendly and accomodating upon arrival. Greatly appreciate they were able to change the room to a twin bed last-minute. Breakfast was great, good selection. We forgot a couple essential items and they were able to provide it. Room was clean and we were able to request extra towels and tea when needed. Location is also a bonus! Very close to Therme and the airport. There was also a little convenience strore nearby and a traditional Romanian restaurant if you want to try some authentic...
