"Rooms were very clean, but quite small. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each, but 1 room had just 1 bed. Expedia said “sleeps 3”. How do 3 people fit into 1 queen bed? They had no other rooms for us, so 1 kid had to sleep on the floor. We were excited for the pool, but they wanted 10 euros each to use it!! On the plus, it had an amazing buffet breakfast. Free airport shuttle."

"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"Facendo un paragone tra prezzo e servizi devo dire che è una buona scelta. L unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare sono le piccole attenzioni che anche se pago poco ,offerta fatta consapevolmente da entrambi le parti ,come cliente vorrei più coerenza. Non ho trovato un frigo ,con il caldo più che utile e in più c è scritto che c è, io personalmente avevo delle cose che ho comprato sapendo questo e poi buttate perché non era presente ,non solo soldi buratti ma era anche una cosa emotivamente...

Booking the family suite with breakfast included is definitely the way to go—the food is excellent, and my family absolutely loves the store on-site. The entire staff, from the reception team to everyone else, is wonderful. A special shoutout to Kavinda, who went above and beyond during breakfast to help out with the kids' requests. We will definitely be back!"
