"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old. Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore. The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not...

"We slightly have problems with the ac, key card and the tv was not working for the first night. Our room was on the far end , there is not phone in the room so we have to walked back and forth. The beach is fantastic, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall we can say our stay there was great."

"Our villa was wonderful, large spacious room. The staff came twice to our villa to carry out housekeeping. The Royal Sands Koh Rong certainly has an eye for detail and think of everything a traveller needs. We are very glad we stayed here. Special mention to Kean and Sela who were amazingly welcoming and assisted with all our various queries. Sela booked us a car to pick us up from Sihanoukville pier to our hotel.
