The staff are incredibly kind and helpful - very accommodating, and made sure we got from the ferry pier and back very easily (although if you get the Buva ferry to Eden pier, it's really about a one minute walk to the hotel). Firstly our room was upgraded to a beach front villa was absolutely perfect being able to lie in bed and see and hear the waves breaking on the pristine powder white sand and watch the spectacular sunsets each evening was an incredible privilege.
