"I have been to this property several times, and it has not disappointed. The room was clean and well-appointed. While my wife attended a conference, I had a fine breakfast at the on-site restaurant and stayed to work in a peaceful, quiet area away from the noise of the ongoing event. Staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the fine servers in the restaurant, Marleny and Sarah. Thanks to everyone. "

"Hotel itself and staff provided all that could be expected for the age of the building. Breakfast provided was excellent. Major drawback was the limitations in access to/from hotel due to severe constriction of travel on Rte 18 facing facility. Road work may extend more than 12 additional months. This situation makes going out to find a restaurant or such very difficult."

"The hotel is conveniently located, and easy to get around, especially if you’re visiting Rutgers. The staff are very friendly and welcoming 10 out of 10.. Unfortunately, the hotel maintenance is lacking into major ways, the hallways smell like a dog kennel up and down all the floors really strong. More importantly, during my stay here, I was bit by bedbugs and my arm blew up like a grapefruit with shooting pain for what may be up to seven days after leaving the hotel, according to my...

"Loved the entire property. Beautiful, Clean the evening guest reception was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. The only issue we experienced, that was negative was, a group of young dancers stayed over our final weekend, and we're running each level and pounding on doors for several hours each night and counter staff did absolutely nothing to stop them. They were loud and rude with ZERO oversight."

"We booked this hotel because it had a pool. Well it was closed for the day and they told us that it would be open the next day. But we were only there for the night. They didn’t seem to care. So much for we will make it 100% right."
