"Stayed 10 nights and the house is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well stocked for meal prep needs! Two fridges came in handy for our family gathering. Area is great for morning walks, grill available for cookouts, beach chairs and bikes were used often. Would highly recommend and the host was incredibly responsive. "

"We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!"

"It was peaceful and quiet. Reminded us of going up North as kids. Picked it to get away from the city and did not disappoint. "

"The property on Lake Michigan was exactly what I expected from the online photos. It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach and enjoy the sunshine.The bonfire pit was a great addition for us to enjoy. The cottage was clean and gave a perfect amount of space for the size of my family. We are definitely going to come back next summer!"

"Its a small but comfy house. Clean and well kept. It had what we needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need but bring all spices, sugars and condiments. The best part is you walk out the back door and 20 feet away is the beach. Easy to get to, no stones, all sand. We didn't swim that wasn't on our list to do but we did enjoy campfires and sunsets right on the beach. We saw eagles and pelicans and we enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the beach. "The home is gorgeous inside with stellar lake views; the only logistical issues are with missing silverware - not enough for a full complement of guests. We cooked often, made use of the charcoal grill, went canoeing with an assist carrying from one of the neighboring houses and bought firewood from a nearby stand but never did get out to light one. "We loved staying at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard enjoying the views, playing ladder ball, playing on the beach, and kayaking. "The views and cabin itself were GREAT! One of the best places we have stayed that fit everyone comfortably. Weather was nice enough we had a fire outside the first night. This VRBO was the first one we stayed at that had EVERYTHING. Bathroom had shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Kitchen had everything including crock pots (we brought our own), seasonings, blenders etc. We have been to past VRBOs that have bare min pots and pans and nothing extra. "Spent a weekend here and it was the best experience! We got to gather eggs, feed the chickens, spend time with the horses and cows, and met the most adorable cats! Everything was clean and tidy, communication was very good and they are the friendliest hosts, could not have asked for a better stay! Can’t wait to stay here again soon! "

"We really loved our stay at this property. It’s exactly what we were looking for. Property looks even better in person. It was super clean and cozy. My kids and I loved the house and the lake access (private beach). They want to go back every year:). It was a little chilly for July but that did not stop my kids from swimming in the lake.
