"Staff were brilliant - very welcoming and engaging. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to spend a few hours, enjoy the view and indulge in the fantastic food on offer. Only spent one night, but would definitely be back."

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. The rest of the reception and spa staff...

"Beautiful property. I’ve stayed at a few FV properties, this is by far the best. Everything from the rooms to fitness centre were clean and well maintained. The room was incredibly quiet, bed was very comfortable. Great location near James St. 5 Stars. Highly recommend. "
