"We stayed for one night and absolutely would stay again. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. We had a brilliant view from the 4th floor out onto the parkland below. Blockout curtains kept the room perfectly dark and it was so quiet. I wouldn’t have known we were staying in the middle of Melbourne. It was fantastic to have access to the food court downstairs (part of the royal children’s hospital) which made for an easy dinner option. Parking was available but took a bit to find a park...

"The gentleman at reception was wonderful, friendly and polite. The room was average. Dirty plates in the cupboard. Flickering spot light. Shower needs attention as mould growing in the silicone. "

"Good value for money, modern decor and simple layout with being a top tier location. You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater. For the price the room was excellent. Highly recommended"

"- Super noisy, you can hear every door and movement of others, garbage bins outside being moved around and slammed early in the mornings. - Tv outdated and stuck in "Store mode" most channels don't work and everyone you turn it on the volume is jarringly loud. - Pool and sauna under maintenance with no indication of when it won't be (literally the only reason I booked here). - Really expensive parking, charging full price when arriving late in the evening and your departure day in the morning is...
