"Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors...

"The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. "

"We had high hopes for our stay based on the listing photos, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas.The furniture throughout the home was notably, uncomfortable. The living room sofas were stiff and offered very little cushioning or support, making it difficult to relax in the evenings.Communication with the owner was also challenging. "Overall it was a great house and stay. There were issues w the hot tub temperature. Showers drained very slowly but to be say we weren’t satisfied would be very wrong. The 8 of us would stay there again and again. "
