"A pet friendly home in a great location! We could easily walk to the downtown mall, to the corner or to grounds. We loved the space. One disclosure, there is not a lot of welcoming space to walk your dog for a quick trip outside, yoh have to walk down the street. "

"Charming cottage, perfect for 2 couples spending the weekend in Virginia's wine region. We loved watching the horses immediately behind the cottage while enjoying morning coffee. Another highlight was walking across the road to have a casual, delicious dinner at the Scratch Kitchen while listening to a band. We were a short drice to numerous wineries and loved walking the Blue Ridge tunnel trail. GREAT property and we would love to visit again! "

"This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!"

"Peaceful beautiful property. Very relaxing. Easy access to many places. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very pleasant, peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. A quiet get-away that's far enough from civilization but close enough if you want to venture out in the world. The property was very well kept. The only things that need a little tending to is the pool area seating as the the bar seats should be replaced and the grill could use a cleaning. Our host and his sidekick (Steve & Casey) were a pleasure. I would definitely return to this property"

"My family and I were in town for our niece’s wedding at Veritas winery. The house is situated on some nice acreage that is well kept, with a swingset and nice fire pit that is stocked with wood and surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The stars at night were amazing! "This was an amazing stay for us with kids, parents & grandparents. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were really good, and the house was spotless. We especially enjoyed the huge screen porch and all the rocking chairs. There were lots of activities for young (& old) kids: feeding the chickens and goats, gathering fresh eggs, meeting Zoe the dog and fishing.
