"Property sits right close to the river. Sitting on the deck was wonderful for our group. We took advantage of the grill and had a wonderful family dinner. We didn’t use the tiki hut area as much as we thought , no issues with bedrooms or bathroom counts , worked out great. Good time was had by all. "

"Everything was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. The property manager was VERY responsive and easy to get a hold of for any possible needs. Neighborhood was a quiet and quant location and there was PLENTY of space for sleeping and activities within the property"

"Came in for a long weekend visit with family. The house was excellent. The inside has been remodeled and was very nice. Nice spaces for everyone or everything. Unlike some rentals, the hosts do not skimp on furniture. Plenty of places to sit, eat or sleep. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog! The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any rental I have done (and I have done many). Not only that, but the kitchen was stocked with high quality stuff, not you typical Dollar...

"We were in town for the birth of my granddaughter. This place was a 5 minute drive to the hospital. The house was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. "

"My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend."

"The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations."
