"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"

"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid.
I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes.

"The room was indeed spacious. The bed was comfortable. I had what they called an "outdoor room". MY door had no doorsweep. THAT should be of concern to them. I have no complaints really. However, it is close enough to the airport that if you are a light sleeper, you will hear lots of air traffic."
