"Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one,...

"Perfect room for the tired golfer. Yards from the 18th hole and a minute's walk to the restaurant and a delicious full English in the morning. Smiling, helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed, everything in good working order. Will return. "

"I have just arrived home after spending two nights here. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful. Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied. "This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend."

Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it.
