"OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great."

"Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again."

"Painfully thin walls, nothing private, tennis court rught alingside the lodge"

"Represented very good value for money. Staff were very helpful and nice to deal with."

"The location, cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff."

"The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Easy parking and helpful staff also location for Bournemouth centre and promenade was great. Main problem was poor wifi especially in our room"

"All I can say is that; Hotel Celebrity is a good place to lodge.... Home away from home."

"The Orchid Hotel was a lovely 2 story with plenty of charm! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The staff provided excellent service and the restaurant served delicious meals. Definitely would stay again."

"Great location. Close to bus stop. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious."

"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."
