"We had a fantastic stay at this property. Mark was fantastic with communication from the start and we had no concerns all weekend. The property location is amazing with the most beautiful views. The beds were very comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Mark shared information about places to eat and areas of interest before our stay for us to plan what we wanted to explore. We would highly recommend staying here and we are planning to return hopefully soon!Thank you Mark for letting us stay...

"The theme of the property flows from room to room. Well equipped with everything your need for your stay. Parking is allocated in an underground car park. The host is very helpful with a welcome pack on arrival "

"Very modern, well equipped holiday home. Very comfortable beds. The following observations aren’t serious but were slightly annoying… Unfortunately the three parking spaces are not allocated and were all occupied when we got there and we had no option but to park our car elsewhere..it would be useful to clearly mark each space with the house number to prevent others using them. The house can be occupied by up to 7 people but (apart from the dining chairs) there is only 2 two seater...

"Great stay "

"The house was nice and clean with lovely clean cotton bedding and towels, and lots of small touches left like toiletpaper and handwash. There was also a hot tub which was vreat. The hosts were very helpful and also left a folder with instructions on how to use items in the house and the Wifi code. We were staying with 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. We all had a nice bedroom ( 5) and had a great time. We would certainly book it again. It was fabulous. Thank you very much! "

" It's a great spot for a few days in Poole, quirky little house with two sets of stairs (you'll need to be able manage them or you'll be stuck!)Has everything you need though the TV reception was a bit patchy. As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole."

"Ideally located, this annex to the main house was private and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach and facilities nearby. Very secure and with our dog we found it was suited to our needs. Communications with the owner was great, we needed nothing on our first night as they provided a welcome bundle that was spot on. "

"We loved our stay on the boat from start to finish. We had great weather so great views from the hot tub out over the water. Comfy beds and the luxury shower block was clean and had nice showers. The boat is a short drive or 30/40 min walk into Poole (40 as we waited to cross the bridge and watch the ships sail by) I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. "

"Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant. Unfortunately the main living space isn’t as large as the pictures show and for a home that accommodates 14, the main living space is not big enough the...

"Modern good sized apartment close to high street and quays. Only downside you have to park in a multi storey. So cost £10 over night so would be tricky if staying more than one night which we were."
