"Great that there was free parking, staff were probably the friendliest I’ve ever seen. Rooms over the bar a bit noisy with music, doors banging ect but it does close at 12 so had a good nights sleep. Disappointed breakfast wasn’t provided but there was tea/coffee/ biscuits in the room."

"No heating nor was it controlable from our room also leaking, not well maintained (stains on the walls from damp/water damage, unable to open window fully, booking times was between 2-4 but if after would of been charged more on our booking and had to rearrange our trip around to accommodate this. "Well, I’m not sure what the standards should be? However, the rooms have dirty carpets it looks though coffee stains in the rooms and in the hall ways. The breakfast was okay. However, the dining is terrible. The staff could use some customer service training. I wouldn’t recommend this property. "

"Our stay at Residence Inn Manchester was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed for two nights in a Studio with one queen bed and a sofa bed, and the room exceeded expectations in terms of space and cleanliness. Everything felt well-maintained, and the bathroom in particular was in immaculate condition, which made a great impression. One small drawback was that both the bed and sofa bed tended to creak with even slight movements, such as twisting and turning...

"Pillows were not comfy and lumpy. No monitoring of guests volumes when there were people running and yelling constantly up and down the corridors at midnight. Booked 2 rooms months and months ago and ended up on different floors and one being a disabled room where the bathroom was just a wet room so once you had a shower the whole floor remained soaked for the rest of the stay and we did not request not want a disabled room as we do not like wet rooms and avoid booking hotels with wet rooms."
