"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. "A lovely old fashioned hotel in the middle of Brisbanes busy shopping area . Only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities in the hotel. The room had a washing machine and dryer which would have come in very useful if we had stayed longer. Staff were all helpful and friendly would definitely stay again "
