*THE DWELLING*
The open plan dining area features a 6 place dining table in front of a fireplace and bar. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and some pantry staples, including a Smeg coffee machine and ground beans. Cooking facilities include an oven, induction stovetop and microwave.

The bedroom features a queen bed with 1500 thread count cotton sheets, comfortable furnishings, walk in closet with a safe, and an ensuite. Help yourself to the complimentary toiletries.

The living room features a 60-inch TV with access to Netflix and a large seating area. There are plenty of board games and card games in the drawers of the TV unit, and books on the fireplace. There are two comfortable double beds in this room by the fireplace.

The lush grounds that surround the dwelling features gum trees, beautiful gardens, water features and fountains, fruit orchard and flora, attracting resident birdlife and wallaby families.

Guests have full access to all the amenities on the property, including the tennis court, mini golf course, pool and pond. Tennis rackets and tennis balls, golf clubs and golf balls are provided.

We request that guests are mindful of water usage, especially in a semi-rural area where water is sourced sustainably.

We have two cats who go outside sometimes, they may pay you a visit out of curiosity!
