This place has it all. Private and secluded whilst still close to amenities of Springfield Central. The whole extended family or group of friends can enjoy the resort style accommodations. Swim in the pool, or relax in the cedar hot tub, whilst toasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Only 45mins to Brisbane City or 1 hour to the Gold Coast Beaches.
Bring your horses and enjoy the endless trails of spring mountain reserve on your doorstep.

The space:

5 acre property with a stunningly renovated 4 bedroom home and a separate 2 bedroom self contained flat.

Loads of space to entertain and relax with salt water pool, cedar hot tub, entertainment deck with ourdoor kitchen, alfresco dining, patio with fire pit. All this overlooking stunning bush views with complete privacy.

There is a safe fenced garden for kids to play in complete with rustic cuby house, trampoline, swings and a basket ball court/hoop.

Bring you four legged barking friends and relax knowing the property is fully fenced .

Wander around the back of property and check out the water dragons, ducks and turtles on one of the 4 dams.

Bring your horse and go enjoy the trails of spring mountain forest reserve.

My family and I live 5 mins away so any problems during your stay, we are only a phone call away.

Other things to note:

This was our family home up until late October 2022 . I am new to this stayz gig and am still learning the ins and out.

The property has all my family furniture left in it. It is not brand new and therefore expect general wear and tear.

I personally maintain the property all myself - no easy task I assure you. It is clean and tidy, but it isn't the Palazzo Versace, it is a family home that we renovated with love and care, and this is reflected in the very reasonable price. Please be respectful and understanding.

It is a country property, and also a land for wildlife property. We are one with nature. If you expect to never to see a spider web or have a sterile environment then this place is not for you. If you are easy going, love nature and want a peaceful, fun retreat then you will LOVE it.

A lovely secluded paradise in the tranquillity of nature,the perfect stay to get away from the world

Words nor pictures can describe how amazing this place is.We scrapped all plans and stayed at the property the whole time to be able to take it all in.From the wild life to the beautiful geese and house, there's really nothing that could make this place any better!Jen was the perfect host too.

Beautiful home

We had the most amazing weekend in this lovely home! The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for a large group, perfect for entertaining. Communication with the Jen was fast and efficient and she went out of her way to assist us throughout the weekend! Lovely property, loved the geese and large yard! Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable weekend with friends

Overall a great place to hang out with old friends. Some difficulty with the water going out a few times which made showers, drinking water, and washing up a bit of a hassle. Other than that it was a superb location. Easy communication with the host and plenty to do in the area. Would’ve been perfect if not for the water issues.

Perfect for a getaway from the city

It has everything you need and the place was beautiful, the hot tub is perfect in winter and we had an amazing time around the fire pit at night. The host was responsive and easy to reach, definitely recommend.

Very neat and tidy couple of teething probs but owner fixed asap example no gas for bbq and ran out of water in unit first night was rectified first thing in morning was really great place to stay owner's could not be more helpful when required .

Students Trip

This property was perfect for a group of 20-26 year old university students. The whole house rent enabled the group to be self sufficient and acted as a perfect base for the surrounding areas. Day trips North to Noosa and the Everglades were possible along with the southern mountain ranges also within a 2.5 hour drive. The location of the property does require car access to be able to even reach public transport links, however this was not a problem for ourselves. The host was very quick to respond and was always accommodating and helpful with any issues we encountered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation to any groups looking to stay in and around Brisbane/Gold Coast.

Greenbank stay

This is a perfect place for an extended family stay. The pool and back deck was fabulous. We didn’t let our children wander as it’s a wilderness conservation area that’s a bit overgrown. Such a secluded break away. Shops not far away.
