The check in process was not accurate and the shower was broken in the main bathroom. All else exceeded our expectations, the comfort level, floor plan, facilities available and locality.

This is a rare 3-bed for Brisbane. It is large and has most things you need for a stay. There’s a bed for everyone- one soft, one medium, one firm.Despite asking about the location and noise levels, the apartment fronts two major roads with constant traffic noise, so you never want any doors/windows open. Even with that, the noise is annoying. In addition to that the building is poorly constructed, so we could hear every sneeze, drawer opening, chair scraping from the neighbours.I’m not sure if the property had been used by smokers or if it’s just the pollution from the intersections but the place reeked of smoke. Half our family went home early as they are asthmatic. It was horrible.The plantation shutteres were useless against the floodlights outside, so not much sleep for our week all things considered, for a very expensive rental.
