>>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking.
>>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes.
>>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately.
Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction.
>>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

>>The property hosts up to 6 adults comfortably. Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance.
>>If more than 6 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

>>Parking is limited: maximum of 1 car.
>>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance.
>>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required).
>>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access.
>>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.)
>>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.
>>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking
>>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges.
>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

>>Smoking: $1,000 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee.

There is a strict no pets on any beds and furniture policy at the property. Any damage or extra cleaning will apply further charges.

>> We need to know the breed, age and size of the pets, and the type of pet.
Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house.
Pets cannot be left alone in the house.
You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person.
If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement.
All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

The unit was clean and it had everything we needed. However being close to the beach we were disappointed there was no beach towels available.Also power ponits were broken in bathroom and bedroom which was danagerous as they were hanging out of the walls.

Please note that a dog is an extra cost of 37 a night, which is not stated on the Stays website and is charged separately. The bed sheets were not changed on the beds, long black hair and fluff on all beds, and we discussed. The sheets were not changed, After many phone calls a cleaner was contacted, we asked that we be present when the cleaners returned as we had our items left at the property, when we arrived back at the property, the cleaner and her, male partner had let them selves in, he was washing the mop in the kitchen sink, which had Delph in the sink. ! The cleaner was very angry that she was called to clean the property, and said it was not in her area! Her male partner told me to F off when I asked him who he was! The whole confrontation was horrible and very upsetting. The balcony was full of dog hair and had a very bad smell of dogs, we had booked for 7 nights. We were so disappointed.
