Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. "Really sweet, clean and bright little apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. "

"On street parking right outside at £17.50 for 24hrs. The Eden room is lovely with it's own small garden and hot tub. Staff very friendly. Breakfast served in the sister hotel 2 doors along, was very nice and plentiful."

"This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well....
