"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. "The room was perfect - really clean, huge double bed and bathroom with a bath - such a rarity these days to find hotels with a bath. It was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and the whole process of booking, checking in and out was great. I was a bit worried when I was told that the car park was first-come, first-served as there are limited spaces but actually it was fine and the free parking was a blessing. Would definitely stay here again. x"

"We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu. Despite some technical issues beyond their control I got a call to advise me, to offer me an alternative room with a sea view and 50% refund for any inconvenience. Excellent customer service and relaxed vibe - my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our bedtime cocktail in the cocktail bar too - I can recommend the expresso martini!"
