"Hotel is lovely, very clean and fresh looking, looks like new. Even the cheapest rooms big and very nice. Quiet, can’t hear traffic or people banging doors in corridor. Only issue is you can’t get lunch in bar/restaurant not open til 3pm, the lovely coffee shop in atrium is open and has sandwiches etc but I’m gluten free so wasn’t much choice. Would def recommend "

When we checked in at 3pm we were then informed by a different member of staff the spa facilities were being closed early at 5pm, the spa actually closed at 4.30pm. "Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Lovely hotel near the airport. Clean, tidy, sufficient for our needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite being near the hotel it was pleasantly really quiet and peaceful. I could not hear the planes at all. I would highly recommend. The price of room was reasonable in comparison to others in the area. The parking was at the back of the hotel and easy to use. I think this will improve once the works at the front of the hotel are completed. We ordered pizza and chips at the bar...
