"The whole hotel was clean including the room. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked muffins, however, what was available was fine. The shower head in our room sprayed water all over. Overall it was a nice stay."

Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"This hotel used to have a full breakfast but it’s now continental. Our shower did not drain the first night but someone came to fix it when we reported it in the morning. Adequate stay but the property is showing its age."

"This house is rough with exposed wiring, peeling paint, and literally holes in the wall. No house number, missing mailbox, broken trash can. "The views were incredibly beautiful even though the weather wasn't the best the house was exceptional.Very spacious and extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our short stay.Would definitely stay here again!!!"
