This is on top of $40 per day parking and confusing “free perks” that basically required additional purchases or payments to use. There were prostitutes, drug dealers, and even homeless people in and around the property. And to top it off, the shady, rude main desk worker refused to refund us when we only stayed not even an hour because “we used the beds” when all we did was sit on them and move the sheets, BECAUSE it was so dirty. We called front desk about the shower head and was told the engineer will come. But never, never did anyone come. And we just had to use the broken shower head, which was a bad experience.
