"As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that...

"Our stay here was exceptional! This property was in a prime location. The house itself was beautiful. Very spacious and the decor was awesome. If you are looking to enjoy your stay with no worries, this is the place. Carlos was very easy to connect with. I plan on staying here on my next trip! "

"Very convenient location for parents weekend. Close drive to everything, and far enough from all the congestion. Very easy to communicate with the property manager, and helpful with any needs. Would recommend for gameday, parents weekend, etc. "

"The condo is lovely, comfortable and an excellent option for families, couples or friends traveling together. It is a student location so expect some weekend nighttime noise (just bring earplugs - will work if the train comes through early or late as well). Great location with easy access to campus plus shopping, restaurants, etc…"

"We were in town for a 2 day orientation at UA for my granddaughter. This place is conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. Rooms were very nice and communication was excellent. I recommend staying here and will do so again if I visit again."

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter for the weekend, and it was so much better than a hotel! It was nice to be able to spread out and have our own kitchen. This condo is in a great location with easy access to the university and 2 designated parking spots. The host, Maggie, was extremely helpful and responded immediately when I contacted her regarding a small issue. We would definitely stay here again!"
