"Lovely home in Old Waco. Downstairs is very comfortable. Upstairs bathroom is small and low ceiling in some places but bed was very comfortable and AC units worked well. Recommend. "

"We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. "

"This beautiful home housed two families with small children and this place truly was our home away from home. They had everything we could potentially need for cooking meals. The house was clean and kid friendly. Location was perfect and safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!"

"Unfortunately we lost a days stay due to weather dela flight from KC, MO to DFW. Once arrived we were pleasantly pleased with this Mid Century Mod style home as seen on Fixer Upper. Going to Magnolia Market and seeing the 1928 Hotel and Castle was on my Moms bucket list. Suggestions from hosts on restaurants and locations were enjoyed by all of us. The 8 of us slept comfortably . We really enjoyed our first evening out on the coverd patio complete with firepit! Overall a beautifully ...

"Kathy was such a pleasure to work with from the booking process all the way through our stay. Our every need was accommodated. The the property was everything we needed and a perfect stay with our weens, they loved the doggy door and long walks at the wild pen creek trail. The property was a perfect location for all our needs with our oldest being just down the road at camp on campus. We will definitely book again in the future and highly recommend. "
