We have owned and self managed a few Branson vacation rentals the past five years. We have 100+ 5 star reviews on our properties. We are ready to provide you and your family with a wonderful experience.

This charming 3-bedroom condo provides beautiful views overlooking the 13th tee box and fairway of the Ledgestone Golf Course. With the links just steps away, you’re ideally situated to take full advantage of this public course as well as the exciting surrounding attractions of Branson City, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City(approximately 2 miles away)and so much more! With so much to do and see for visitors of any age, your days are sure to be spent outdoors soaking in the sun and fresh air.

The condo is well-equipped with amenities and furnishings to ensure your perfect stay. Open main living space. The spacious living room offers a comfortable reclining sofa and two rocking recliners. Smart TV's throughout. You can stream free apps provided or sign into your own streaming service. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dinner ware. Should you decide to prepare one of your favorite recipes, this kitchen is ready and able!

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between the 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and jetted tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, twin bunk, and smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanities and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the attached lot. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check-in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
- Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon check-in at the Stonebridge Welcome Center. 50 Stonebridge Pkwy, Branson West, MO 65737
- This is a walk-in unit. No stairs for entrance.

The exclusive gated community of StoneBridge Village offers many onsite amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the Club House and adjoining Grille, a gym, 3 outdoor pools (one next to the condo), adventurous walking trails, multiple common areas, beach volleyball court, basketball and tennis courts, catch & release fishing lake, and playgrounds for the little ones. Stonebridge also has wedding venues and large rooms for renting for a special occation. Silver Dollar City, only 10 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, 20 minutes away, is a historic town with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, The Landing, and Lake Taneycomo.

Grandparent and Kids Family Trip

The condo was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The condo’s location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. SDC was just a short drive!I wouldn’t recommend the bunk beds for anyone over 10 years old :) The other beds were very comfortable! 10/10

Beautiful Getaway

Our family enjoyed a few nights stay in this gorgeous home. Close enough to everything but not on top of the hustle and bustle of 76! We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you so much for sharing your space. The enclosed porch was our favorite - especially when it was raining one night and we could hear the rain and feel the fresh air while staying dry. I can't say enough what a great place this was. What a gem!!!

Girls trip

The condo was SO clean, bright, and nicely decorated. If the weather was warmer, we would have spent more time in the awesome enclosed porch. The property is very close to Silver Dollar City which is nice and it is removed from the busy-ness of Branson proper which is also nice. Since there were 3 gals, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, we each had our own space as well as the shared kitchen and livingroom space. That's something we all really liked. Would stay there again!

This was the perfect place for a group of 5 long time women friends - It's a little far out, but we did enjoy the peacefulness and we had a beautiful view and a fabulous screened in porch. Lovely place

Delightful Stay

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Our only complaint is our neighbors above us. There were a few times that we thought they were going to come falling through the ceiling, but other than that we have no complaints.

Golf Drive 1065 unit 4

We arrived really late due to traveling after work. Welcome Center was closed. Then we started our day really early with Breakfast. We then went to Silver Dollar City. We ate supper then took the kids to play putt-putt. Got back late welcome center was closed. It made it really difficult to pay for parking. Everything else was really good. The beds were comfortable. The Condo was nice and neat. Plenty of space for us. Overall very good experience. Only snag was trying to pay for parking at the welcome center. Due to our schedule it was tough.

Family getaway

Property was in a gate community, which was nice, except you could only get in the main gate after a certain time. That was the only issue i had, but once we figured that out, we didn't make that mistake again. We'll stay again.

Great 3 Bed and 3 Bath

Condo had a great location and amenities. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was very well equipped except we couldn't locate a can opener and the drip coffee maker was very slow and the Kcup side didn't work. Overall we were very pleased and will be back.
