The house was clean and quaint. It was just my husband and I...In our opinion, this 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom (tiny shower, low water pressure) would not have been ideal for more than 2 people or for small children. (Our toddler would need space to play, haha.)GREAT location to Bridge Street! We enjoyed the very close walk to Nautilus Cafe each morning and the short walk to Bridge Street. The bay view was very relaxing and the property was quiet - even being so close to a marina and bridge. We enjoyed the beach chairs (thank you) and would suggest driving to Long Boat Key for beach access with easy parking, sunset viewing, & seashells. St. Armand's circle was also lovely and a nice, short drive. It was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we loved driving the golf cart around and moving slowly! Thank you from Texas! :)P.s. Most restaurants offer Happy Hour daily (even wkends) so we enjoyed golf cart riding and trying a bunch of places for appetizers/cocktails! Would suggest some Ziploc bags and/or Tupper-ware for use and also an extra paper towel roll.

We enjoyed our stay here. A very peaceful community and easy walk to the pier and beach. The check in process was a little confusing. No email or text was received for check in so we had to call. Although they were very helpful when we did. The listing said it was a lockbox code but it’s actually a keyless entry. The property was very clean and updated inside. Great water view! It was an older house so it had lower ceilings and window A/C units which was fine for the one night we stayed. We would stay again!

Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house was indispensable throughout the week with kids, lol. Thanks for having us, we'll be back.

Happy we booked this

My wife and I visit Anna Maria Island every year, and this beautiful upstairs unit with a water view was our favourite rental yet. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation, the place was impeccably clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy each other's company. We couldn't have asked for a location, it's close to all our favorite island places like the beach and Bridge Street. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation on the island!
