"Our stay in Gladstone was disappointing overall. The after-hours check-in process was complicated and not clearly communicated, which made arrival stressful. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained, with a ripped chair and used dental floss left on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property needs better attention to detail and housekeeping standards to meet basic guest expectations."

"Wouldn't stay there again. The front reception was hardly ever manned, they didn't change our towels or clean the room the whole time we were there, we ended up buying our own toilet paper when we ran out because there was never anyone at the front desk. The bathroom had no fan/aircon. The staff seemed friendly when we checked in, they were just hardly around, and never changed the linen during our stay."

"Glad we were there only two nights. The tv remote did not work for the kids a when we got it working the screen would go grey and you could just hear the talking. Also leaving with everyone having sinus problems and extreme hay fever due to the amount of dust in the rooms. The carpets had so much dust over them near the beds. Wes very disappointing especially with a baby in the room. Also the doors and walls had all marks on them and looked dirty. The staff were very helpful with check in and...
