This is a three bedroom, with a loft, three bath home in the Mountain Villa Neighborhood. Beautiful renovations have been completed, with an expansion for extra room made - by combining two units into one home! Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, allowing for multiple privacy options for multiple guests. Located at the base of the mountain, you are just a short walk from all the activities at Boyne Mountain Resort.
The Master with ensuite features a King bed, while the Second bedroom with ensuite features a Queen bed and a Twin bed. The third bedroom features a queen and twin bed. There is a third detached full bathroom, that is convenient for both the third bedroom and the bonus loft space with two additional Twin beds! This home can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

Family weekend

I was very impressed with the condo. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything at Boyne. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Teenagers loved that they could grab the lift right by the condo. The condo has everything you will need. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Ski Weekend!

This place was perfect for us. It is close to the lift and a short walk to everything else at Boyne Mountain. The layout was nice. It had big bedrooms and two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location short walk to Boyneland chair lift

Group of 8 / 4 couples, very clean, great communications, kitchen was well appointed with dishes and tableware. Stove & frig were apartment size but met our needs, comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, lots of space, no control of neighbor noise...

Great condo and amenities, parking lot and short walk to the slopes, typical easy VRBO. Only probable was the college party below our condo that went 8 pm-12pm. After I was told security was messaged I found out there is no security (this property is not part of Boyne Mtn) and that we then told to call 911 because the management company does not manage the condo below. Not exactly what you want first night of a family holiday .

Very clean.. awesome ski in / ski out

We rented Feb 27 to March 5, 2022 and this condo was perfect location for ski in/ ski out. We had a group of 7 and the condo was very spacious for us. Condo would hold 10 very comfortably. I am an OCD neat freak and this condo was very clean! We use VBRO a lot and this has to be the cleanest condo we’ve ever rented. Vaulted ceilings no cob webs. No dust on light fixtures. Beds / sheets very clean. Mattresses a bit firm but still comfortable. High recommend!!

Plenty of Space; Great Location

Our growing family travels to the Boyne/Petoskey area every July. We needed additional space this year to accommodate more people. This property was great. It had ample sleeping space in multiple bedrooms, giving us a chance to spread out when necessary. Location was a great jumping off point for the various activities in the area. Pool was great and very family friendly. Will stay here again in the future.
