"Wow!! Luxurious and super clean room. All the amenities you’d want and more. Not sure if they did have local tv or cable, I was able to download and log into my YouTubeTV account on the Roku smart tv. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They put earplugs on each side of the bed, didn’t know why at first. In the morning it was noise coming from machinery outside. I could also hear the people above us walking, taking and playing music. Thin floors I guess. Overall I would stay here again."

"The hotel itself was great. Staff was courteous and helpful. This is about two blocks from the Capital One Arena, making it a great place to stay for an event if you are from out of town. The restaurant had good food"

"We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful room and excellent service throughout our stay. The room service meals were fantastic, delicious restaurant fare. Location is convenient for exploring the city. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in DC. "

"Not a traditional hotel - remote coded access. Off site parking available- 5 minute walk ($50 a night). Comfortable room, spacious. Breakfast included but small area and quickly crowded. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Walkable to Georgetown shopping area, but quiet street and more neighborhood like. Convenience store, small grocery next door (prepared, high quality options). "

"I had a great stay at Hotel Hive. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip to DC. Everything felt well-maintained, and housekeeping did a solid job keeping things fresh. The staff really stood out — everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
