"Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned...

Kanika made great recommendations and we took her up on the dinner/ show recommendation and we loved it! She continued to check in with us with a smile and professionalism we really appreciated! She's an asset to the resort! The room was wonderfully spacious and pool area beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. All the staff really can't do enough for you....

"This has been our favourite hotel of our trip to South-east Asia. The staff go the extra mile, they are genuinely warm, talkative and welcoming people who make you feel at home. We especially enjoyed the company of Annie, Ton Phat, Pheat (I can’t recall the exact spelling), Ms. Hun and Chakriya. "All staffs including the owners were really helpful and always putting a big smiles. We could see a lot of effort put in in the rooms and surroundings. Lovely dog, cat and fishes in the ponds. Market is just around the corner of the stay with local foods and goeries. Will definitely stay again if I come back to Siem Reap."

"I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport...

"A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again."

"Loved Angkor Heart Bungalow. Exceptional hotel manager who is so attentive and helpful. Organised all of our tours, delivered platters of fresh fruit as soon as you returned to the bungalow, breakfast set up on your deck at your requested time each morning, the Cambodian breakfast excellent! Great pool which all bungalows have direct access to, would highly recommend staying here"
