"We LOVE Lisa. She always makes sure we are so well taken care of when we stay here. The breakfast is also wonderful and that combined with the heated indoor pool are why my family loves this location more than staying at one of the hotels attached to a casino."

"I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable."

"The office was hard to find at 10:30 at night, but once we found it, we were good. Breakfast was good for a make shift Breakfast area...they are remodeling the first building and had to move office and Breakfast.....the staff was very helpful when we needed somethings. "We paid for 5 nights. Our room smelled like chemicals. Extremally strong. It restricted our breathing and had a taste in our mouth. The first night we complained about it. She didn't offer us another room. The beds were hard. We didn't sleep because of restricted breathing. I went to take a shower and there wasn't a shower curtain. At that point I was extremely upset. I called and complained. Still no sympathy of the contaminated smell . She asked if I wanted her to bring a shower curtain. She...

"Nice quiet family owned. Got snowed in and owner was shoveling snow first AM. Great price for safe place for night of sleep in blizzard conditions. "

"The hotel is modern, bright and welcoming and the breakfast was great. It amazes me that the owner has such a nice place but cuts the water usage back to where the shower is a pitiful drizzle, almost no water. The sad thing is that the threadbare and worn out towels match the deplorable lack of water in the shower. I am surprised that Springhill Suites let's that go on in one of their fine hotels. Someone is asleep at the switch. There, I've had my rant. Having said that, the hotel is very nice...
