"The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and the location was great for the convention center."

"Clean room!"

"The lady working the front desk was super nice and helpful, however I don’t think she could have helped that room. The room was incredibly dirty, it smelt like old feet and sweat when walked in - it was pretty cold that night and they had said their main heaters were out of order and had provided space heaters, well that didn’t work either… Unfortunately I dropped something on the floor and was using my flashlight to look for it under the bed…. Oh my…. The amount of food and garbage under...

"Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!"

"Olde hotel, but very clean and well-maintained; polite staff. Will stay here again!"

"Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door."
