My wife and stayed at the condo for a work conference in Boulder and it worked out perfectly for us. The condo is spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Property manager was attentive and our stay could not have been smoother. Love the eclectic decorating taste of the owner.

I find it difficult to express how magnificent this vrbo was with just a summary. Every element was curated to perfection for beauty and for function. Nothing was missing. My hostess was lovey, attentive, and helpful

Staying in this fantastic apartment was a truly wonderful experience. It felt more like staying in the home of a good friend with great aesthetic taste. The apartment was impeccably clean, and generously stocked with all of the things that you would expect a thoughtful friend to think of. There were plenty of accessible supplies, extra toilet paper, paper towels, tissues… even extra towels. Laura had coffee beans and teabags, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, and basics for the kitchen that often have to be purchased and then end up being wasted. The beds and pillows were really comfortable-unusually so for a rental. The showers were really nice. There were ample towels and basic bathroom supplies like Q-tips and tissues. The view is fantastic, it was quiet, and the apartment is right down the street from a great hike and from the creek. Parking was available on the street and behind the building. The apartment was decorated complete beautifully with great artistic touches… Books in the bookshelves, blankets on the couch, art on the walls. Literally the only thing you need to consider is that there's a staircase from the parking to the apartment and then from where you leave your shoes in the mud room to the actual apartment. Laura thoughtfully checked on us by text and was readily available though we needed nothing. And finally, the apartment is both walkable from town about a mile… And easily accessible by car would definitely stay here again and in fact, we hope to.

A very special place with lots of space, lots of light, great views, and high-end finishes and decorations. Units is very well maintained and very well stocked. Apartment is in an interesting and very peaceful residential neighborhood some 20 minute walk from Pearl Street mall via a nice pathway (or a 5 minute drive). Go hiking up the Flatirons just outside the unit or drive 10-20 minutes to any number of hiking trails. Unit has covered parking and is on the third (top) floor of the building. Boulder has an almost unbelievable number and types of restaurants, shops, coffee bars, and bookstores. For something unique, take a free tour of the Liberty Puzzle factory or take a ride in a sailplane at Mile High Gliding. We look forward to returning to this delightful unit!

The location, the host, the amenities..... this VRBO was easily the nicest we've ever stayed in! Anything we could have needed was provided. Our hostess, Laura, couldn't have been nicer and she responded to any question we had almost immediately! The place had wonderful natural light, was spotless, and was decorated beautifully. Its location was 8 minutes from our daughter's wedding venue and 10 minutes from the rehearsal dinner on Pearl St. Even the free on-street parking was plentiful and we were given one parking spot in a carport. Our stay here just enhanced our daughter's wedding. Thank you, Laura, for a wonderful stay!

We only stayed one night in Boulder, but this place could not have been more perfect. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view was fantastic, all emenities were great and the location was soooo good! My sister, my son and I were super comfortable and enjoyed walking to Pearl St. for dinner and then to the park at the end of the block in the morning. The only regret I have is that we couldn't stay longer. It was really very lovely!

From the moment I booked, the manager was extremely helpful! She answered every question I had and gave me more, appreciated information. The unit was absolutely cleaned meticulously!! There is everything you could possibly need for a stay there and more!! Everything you would need for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and more!! I have never stayed that stayed at a VRBO nicer in all areas!!

Great location, immaculate, lots of homey touches like french press coffee and eucalyptus for the shower. Laura stays in touch and makes sure you’re all set. Truly a perfect place to stay for Boulder fun. Highly recommend.

Laura was very responsive and even bought some humidifiers after we inquired if the condo had them! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, there is ample closet space and many thoughtful touches. Thank you Laura for a lovely stay in West Boulder.
