Piso de un dormitorio en el piso superior (3er piso). 1 cama de matrimonio con un gran colchón firme. Walk in Closet, Coat Closet, y estanterías / armarios adicionales, también. Aire acondicionado en salón y ventiladores de techo en salón y dormitorio. La cocina bien equipada (que incluye microondas, horno tostador, licuadora y cafetera) lo hará sentir como en casa. A perfect stay with the perfect host
My partner and I stayed in Celia's apartment for a temporary relocation for work and we couldn't have asked for anything better. It fulfilled all our needs and if we requested something extra or replaced, Celia had it delivered to us within 48hours.
It is in a great location right in Boulder and an easy Drive into Denver. There is a block right across the road that has everything from a super market, a gym to a UPS.
Celia was super friendly throughout or stay and checked in time to time to see how everything was going. The apartment block also has very friendly neighbors that make you feel welcome.
Thank you very much Celia! You helped make our 3 months in Colorado seamless! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fully furbished place in Boulder with has a host that cares about your experience.

Summer in Boulder 2018
#308, a third floor apartment was our home for 2 months. The location is central for maneuvering around the city and we could access bike trails and walk into quiet neighborhoods close by as well as bike to Pearl Street and the Farmers' market. We adjusted to wall unit AC by use of ceiling fans and also laundry on ground floor that accepts credit cards. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials for meal prep. And the pool was a wonderful spot for the very hot days this year. Neighbors were quiet but friendly. Parking was close by in a lot. When we had an issue with the WiFi, Celia was there to assist. We recommend this apartment and the landlord for the Boulder area whether for a week or a season.

Quiet, clean, and Comfortable
I stayed for several months. I am a professional accustomed to staying in higher end hotels. This condo is clean with new finishes. The neighborhood is quiet with neighbors that keep to themselves. I met several neighbors on my own accord while staying and all were very cordial. The owner was extremely accommodating and made certain everything was in working order and I had no issues. .5 miles from Colorado University. Lots of shopping close by. You can walk to the grocery and liquor stores. Denver is only 25 mins south and Rocky Mountain National park is a nice drive north only 45 mins. I would definitely stay again if business or pleasure ever take me back to Boulder, CO!

Spacious, clean and with all the extras you may need!
Loved this place!! It is much more spacious than expected and in a beautiful and quiet complex. Celia has everything you would need, iron, toaster oven and plenty of towels, plus much more. It is well maintained and not far from excellent shopping and the University! I highly recommend it!!!!

Clean and convenient
The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you could want. Instructions were clear and the owner was accessible and thorough. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. A perfectly pleasant stay in Boulder!

Nice clean unit. Celia met us and checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok.
Nice size unit on the third floor. Close to the university, 10 minutes from downtown and easy access to main traffic arteries. We enjoyed our stay and Celia made sure everything was ok during our visit. Quirky oven/stovetop. Building has laundry facilities that worked well for our stay since airlines are charging for baggage. Our first use of VRBO was very pleasant. Great value in the Boulder area!

Excellent stay, nice apartment
This is one of the best equipped and maintained VRBOs that I have stayed at - hotel level trappings plus a kitchen where nothing was missing. Everything seems to have been thought of and the apartment is nice. My only suggestion to the owner is to also facilitate a card payment of the cleaning fee instead of cash only.

Excellent place to stay in Boulder
The condo is located close to downtown Boulder and the University. It's perfect for couples or singles. Celia was so friendly and was willing to help with whatever, although the condo and location was already perfect. I'd recommend this to anyone who will be interested in exploring Boulder and is looking for a budget-friendly yet very nice environment.

Nice condo, close to town and to Williams Village
We had the pleasure to stay in this property from Sept 29 to Oct 2, 2016 as we were attending the CU family week-end events. This propery was great as it was within a mile to the Williams Village dorms and close to town to go shopping.
The property description was very accurate and had all the comforts and amenities we needed. We had the chance to cook a nice pasta dish and the kitchen had plenty of space for 2 people to cook.
We enjoyed in the morning the view out of the windows with the nice pine trees. My only hope would have been to see these trees with snow but of course too early in the fall. The weather was very nice and we had a day of horseback riding in Estes Park.
Thanks again for letting us rent your property and we might be back as our son is studying at CU Boulder for the next 4 years.

Nice place, excellent owner communication, a few suggestions...
Overall, this was a decent spot for our extended weekend. It's nothing fancy, but it served our purposes well. There were a few minor issues and a few suggestions that I will detail, but I would stay again.
If you like a firm bed, you are in luck. I would suggest a mattress topper for the bed, but that is a matter of preference. In the living room, one of the blinds was inoperative as it was damaged recently. Celia, the owner, responded quickly to our inquiry about the parking pass that was missing (it was stolen by a previous renter) and explained the situation with the blind. Neither was a big deal since we didn't get a parking ticket.
Another minor issue we had was that we ran out of toilet paper on the second day. Apparently the person who cleans the apartment decides how much to leave for each guest. Celia was willing to bring some over, but we just picked some up ourselves. I would suggest just having plenty on hand instead of rationing, but I understand the concern of supply theft.
Most of the DirecTV channels were blocked out because of a settings issue with the receiver and the TV. After a fair amount of tinkering, I was able to resolve them but the package still didn't have ESPN or any other sports channels. We spent most of our time out of the apartment hiking, but it would have been nice to avoid going to a bar Saturday morning in order to catch the Badger game. Not a huge deal, but for a few extra bucks a month, it would be an easy addition.
I've outlined the issues we encountered, but they really were minor and the communication from Celia was great. She made us feel very welcome and I would certainly stay again. The place was a good value for the money and the location worked for us. It's definitely a place to consider for those looking for an inexpensive stay in Boulder.

Great! Perfect set up for our trip
Our visit with our son was wonderful. The location was close to his house, which made it easy to see him. Very quiet!! My wife and I enjoyed it very much. Close to everything! Even found a great little coffee and bakery within walking distance in the morning.
My only complaint. No sports channels for me to catch up on things!!!
Otherwise, place was nice and tidy. Will definitely come back when we visit our son!!

Enjoyed Our Stay
My wife and I recently stayed in Celia's condo in Boulder. The condo is in a great location and most things were just a short drive away. While we initially had some issues with the wifi we worked with Celia and were able to get them resolved in a few days. Celia made herself available to address any issues and overall she was very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip.

Just what we needed !
We spent 3 nights at Celia's place and had a great time. Just needed some R&R and only had a few days. This was just the place. The apartment was clean and well equipped. There are several pools and the adjacent neighborhood provided for a nice relaxing walk. We went into town and rented town bikes from University Bicycles and spent several hours riding through town, by the river way, thru the University grounds and the neighborhoods. There is a lot to do only a short distance away.

Great property
The apartment was very clean, confortable and quiet. We stayed for two nights while going to Boulder's beer fest and we enjoyed it very much. We appreciate Celia's hospitality. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Boulder.

Great location
This was such a great place. We were here for our sons graduation and you are only 3 miles from the school and downtown. Less than a hour from Rocky Nat'l Park. Condo is very clean and had lots of supplies. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect for a getaway!
Great property. We are healthy so the third floor doesn't bother us. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower for plenty of showers. Really a nice place and good value. Celia was wonderful. We will probably contact her next time we are in town to just say hello!

Cozy Condo
This condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Celia was very good at anticipating what is needed and her communication is very clear and helpful. The pictures are very accurate. Lots of nice touches that give a cozy vibe. We hope to get to Boulder again soon and stay at Celia's place.

Perfect Accomodation. Great neighborhood.
We stayed at Celia's condo for 2 weeks in June and used it as a base while we explored Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range. We found this place to be perfect. Is was VERY clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. Very convenient to the roads going to Denver or up and down the front range. The pictures on the listing are representative of the property.
The condo is located in the center of the complex away from any street noise. A plus being on the top floor which is really only one and a half flights of stairs. There is a laundry room with machines that use a smart credit card system with your own Visa or Debit cards that will provide you with a text message when your washer/dryer is done. A short walk down the street leads you to a very nice paved trail through one of the open spaces reserved for the Boulder park and trail system along a free flowing stream. A Safeway grocery store is 1/4 mile away.
Celia is a attentive host who will ensure that you arrive OK and will offer any local advice you may need and will remain in contact with you as much as you feel is necessary. When we departed she notified us that we left some personal items in one of the drawers and offered to ship them to our home. Little things like that and the cleanliness of the condo will bring us back again. For us this place was perfect. When we left, we felt as though we were leaving our own place and would be back soon.
