"Overall, the stay was comfortable, but check-in was a bit challenging. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests."

"Our family was driving from Maryland to Pittsburgh for my brother's wedding and the inlaws did some grocery shopping for us so we didn't have to. The host let them drop off groceries for us before check in. The drive was long for our 2 kids, mainly the 4 year old. "Lisa, the host was a wonderful host and communicator. She was very accommodating and responsive. We traveled with our 2 dogs - as it was cold and snowy, I loved that this place had a secure, fenced-in yard where I didn't have to go outside with them on a leash.
