Another spectacular Boston rental listing from Navarro Properties located on Somerville/Cambridge boarder an easy 5 minute walk to the Harvard University campus, a 2 stop T ride to the MIT campus and short ride into Boston. Minutes from the Porter Square T station with hardwood floors, memory foam king and queen mattresses with an assortment of luxurious pillows. The condo has a 55 inch Smart TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and workstations in each bedroom. Central heat a new AC with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and full bathroom.
The space
This condo is located on the 2nd floor. The entrance to the condo is through the back of the house by the deck. The first bedroom is located on the second floor and has a luxurious king bed and workstation. Pillows, pillows, pillows! On the second floor you’ll also find the large fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room and full bathroom. The oversized second bedroom is located on the third floor, has a luxurious queen bed, and workstation. There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room. This is NOT a shared unit. The condo is freshly painted, very clean and well-appointed with artwork and ALL the essentials to make your stay, no matter how long or short, comfortable and peaceful. The second floor deck is absolutely spectacular!

In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment has the exclusive use of the full kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom.

This is a nice old home within walking distance of the train station. The area was safe for walking. As the listing stated the space is on the second and third floors of the house. The stairs to get to the space were not well lit. There are motion sensor lights but they didn’t all work. The second bedroom is up a flight of stairs that need better lighting. The space is nice and large. The beds are comfy. The checkout process was very nice. No need to strip the beds or take out the trash. They took care of everything.

Great space in a great location

This apartment fit our needs perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, visiting friends and touring colleges). Apartment was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is nice. We did use the pullout sleeper sofa, which was quite comfortable for my teen. Eduardo and Jorge were helpful and responsive. Really recommend this place for a Cambridge/Somerville location, but really, it’s easy to navigate anywhere in Boston because you’re close to the T.

Great Apartment!

This was a perfect apartment for a visit with family and friends in Boston. It's conveniently located near all kinds of great places to shop and eat. It's located on the second and third floors, with easy access from the backyard (which is where the very convenient parking was). Nice, spacious layout with a well equipped kitchen and big dining table (that was great for having people over for dinner!). Beds were comfy, and the second bedroom is up in the attic, which felt very private. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The T runs behind this property but yes is stop at midnight during the week. Location is great, nice quiet neighborhood near the action in Harvard. Property was clean & well maintained.

Fantastic Location!! Cozy space!

This rental was really a great property for my family of 4! The king size bed was super comfortable and quality linens were provided! Ample room for our family to stay and see A LOT of Boston in 3 days!! I would highly recommend any of my friends/family to stay here!!

Convenient and ample

Very nice apartment in Somerville with off-street parking. The only thing we really used was the king bed - and happy to say it was very comfortable. The owner was accommodating of our anticipated need to leave the car a few extra hours. We didn't turn out to need that but appreciated his willingness.
