"This place is very nice and clean. The rooftop pool is great. Just as others commented, there are codes to remember and the pull out couch is not meant to be slept on. It’s all springs. I booked a place that is supposed to sleep four. I put my two kids on the floor on mats. The sleeper sofa is terrible. The apartment is really nice. "

"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. There was a Starbucks and a beach within a super quick walk - what else can you ask for?Jeanne, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very fast in her responses. We would definitely stay...

"We usually stay in Aptos but found this location so central to everything and so nice to take short walk to beach! Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. There were a few issues - but Michelle responded immediately to the issues. All in all a great experience - everyone commented the beds were comfortable!"

"Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) "

"We enjoyed the close proximity and access to the beach, but hanging out on the deck was the highlight. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The mermaid counting challenge was a fun little activity for the girls. The Chardonnay was a nice surprise. Thank you. "

"Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!"
